Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase and will issue a full refund. For cancellations made after 12 hours, a 20% materials fee applies due to the custom nature of our products. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and verify that the item meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 2-7 business days. For assistance, contact us at echowigs@hotmail.com.

Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers are only charged once for shipping, including return shipping. No restocking fees apply. If your original order shipped for free, return shipping costs may be partially shared based on our shipping expenses.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may cause delays.
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance.
